Lois Mosbrucker

A memorial service for Lois Mosbrucker, 65, of Dickinson Evergreen Assisted Living, will be 2:00 p.m. (MST), Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at Stevenson Funeral Home in Dickinson. Burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.

For those unable to attend, Lois’ service will be live-streamed. It will be available under Lois’ obituary on the Stevenson Funeral Home website 10 minutes prior to the service.

Lois passed away after a long battle with leukemia on June 6, 2021.

Lois Jean Mosbrucker was born on August 1, 1955 in Velva, ND, the daughter of Edward and Erma (Weiand) Mosbrucker. She graduated from Dickinson Trinity High School in 1973, then received her legal secretary degree from Wahpeton State.

Lois had a sparkling, happy personality with smiles for everyone in her life. She enjoyed collecting angels and had acquired a beautiful array from around the world as gifts from her family. Lois expressed her love to each and every one of her family members by handwriting and mailing out greeting cards to them, never missing a birthday or a holiday. She also delighted in being outdoors in nature, seeing animals, plants, and hearing birds singing. Lois married John Nadvornick in 2000.

Lois is survived by her brother, Dennis (Edie) Mosbrucker of St. Cloud, MN; and sisters, Karen (Byron) Wertz of St. Paul, MN; Rhonda (Ken) Dukart of Dickinson; and Lori (Tom) Leutz of Fargo; her eight nieces & nephews, Taunya (Joel) Schleicher, Danielle (Shawn) Kudrna, Eric (Katie) Dukart, Jill Dukart, Joey (Ellen) Wertz, Allison (Jim) Gunther, Weston Leutz, and Dylan Leutz; and her nine great-nieces & nephews, Derek and Ben Schleicher, Caleb and Kenzie Kudrna, Joey, Bella and Charlie Dukart, Axel Gunther, and Eddie Wertz.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Erma Mosbrucker, and John Nadvornick.
