Mara Crespo

In accordance with family wishes, a private Liturgy of the Word service will take place on Monday, November 18, 2013 for Mara Kay Crespo, 5 month old daughter of Atilano and Erica (Pender) Crespo of Dickinson.

Mara Kay Crespo passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Health Center in Dickinson.

Mara Kay was born on June 13, 2013 in Dickinson, the daughter of Atilano and Erica (Pender) Crespo. She started her life ahead of schedule, anxious to meet her family, she arrived three weeks early. Her parents called her their little peanut who weighed just 5 lbs. 1 oz. at birth. Mara may have been small, but with her big heart and contagious smile she spread great joy to those she shared her life with. She was loved by many and brought much happiness to her family in the short time she was here. Mara was our little miracle, our first love, our everything. She will always be in the hearts of all who knew her. Most people only dream of angels, we have held one in our arms…

Mara Kay is survived by her parents, Atilano and Erica; grandparents, Brad and Pat Pender of Dickinson, Yolanda (Kurt Martin) Crespo of Gladstone and Atilano Crespo Sr. of Gooding, ID; great-grandmothers, Marge Ternes and Janet Pender of Dickinson; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Vaile Pender, Anton Ternes, Lupe and Bill Castillo, Ethelyn and Peter (Spud) Martin; great-uncle, Kim Martin.
