A funeral Mass for Marian (Heick) Sebastian, 82, of Mesa, AZ formerly of Hebron and Carrington will be 10:00 a. m. CST, Monday, April 27, 2015 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Hebron with Father Jeff Zwack celebrating. Burial will take place in St. Ann’s Catholic Cemetery. Visitation for Marian will be 3:00 p. m. – 5:00 p. m. , CST, Sunday, April 26, at St. Ann’s Church with a rosary and vigil service being held at 4:00 p. m. Marian passed away Saturday, April 18, 2015 at the Angel Home Health Care, Mesa, AZ. Marian H. Sebastian was born January 6, 1933 in Rainy Butte, the daughter of Mike and Lena (Burwick) Heick. Marian married Reuben Sebastian on January 11, 1954 at the St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Hebron. To this union five children were born; Kevin, Keith, Kenneth, Mike and Jody. Marian enjoyed volunteering at the St. Vincent De Paul food pantry, playing cards with family and friends and spending time with her grandchildren. Her family would like to thank the owners and caregivers at Angel Home Health Care for the wonderful care Marian received while living there. Marian is survived by her sons, Kevin (Becky) of Minot, ND, Keith (Jan) of Julian, NC, Kenneth of Jamestown, ND and Mike (Lori) Sebastian of Salem, IN; daughter, Jody (Phil) Roper of Mesa, AZ; sister, Eunice Sebastian of Towner, ND; 14 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Marian is preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Lena; husband, Reuben; and infant sister Ramona. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to St Jude Children’s Hospital or Wounded Warrior Project.
