A funeral Mass for Mark J. Huschka, 52, of Dickinson, will be 10:00 a. m. , Friday, January 30, 2015 at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church in Belfield with Father Bill Ruelle celebrating. Burial will follow in St. Bernard’s Cemetery. Visitation for Mark will be 1:00 p. m. to 8:00 p. m. , Thursday, January 29, 2015 at Stevenson Funeral Home in Dickinson with a rosary and vigil service being held at 7:00 p. m. Mark passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at his home in Dickinson. Mark John was born January 19, 1963 in Dickinson, the son of Peter and Katherine (Schiwal) Huschka. Growing up, he was the 10th one of 13 siblings raised in the Belfield area. He attended grade school in Belfield and Dickinson, graduating from Dickinson High School Special Education in 1984. Mark was a resident of Able Inc. in Dickinson, and lived in the Dickinson and surrounding area for the majority of his life. Mark enjoyed Special Olympics, bowling, swimming and camping. He was involved with a social club of Dickinson and Bowman. He always enjoyed family gatherings. Mark would especially enjoy watching the Minnesota Vikings and WWF Wrestling. He attended the Camp Recreation in Richardton for many years and always enjoyed it. Mark played both the harmonica and guitar. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of his caretakers throughout the years who provided respect, guidance and loving care for Mark over the years. Mark is survived by his siblings: James (Marilyn) Huschka of Dickinson, Rita Lund of Aurora, CO, Pearl (Richard) Jorgenson of Bismarck, ND, Peter (Rita) Huschka of Williston, Marilyn (Curtis) Grafsgaard of Dickinson, Jane (Bernie) Krebs of Dickinson, Karla (Edward) Buckman of Belfield, Joel (Bobbi) Huschka of Grand Junction, CO, Roger (Melissa) Huschka of Casper, WY, Charles Huschka of Pick City; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and special friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Katherine Huschka; two brothers, Michael and Peter Bernard; two brothers-in-law, Gerald Collins and Ronald Lund.
