Mary Sadowsky

Mass of Christian Burial for Mary Sadowsky, 75, Dickinson is 10 a. m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2003, at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Dickinson with Fr. David Morman, celebrating. Interment will be in St. Patrick?s Cemetery, Dickinson. Visitation will be on Tuesday at the church one hour prior to the service. Mary Sadowsky died on Saturday, March 1, 2003, at St. Benedict?s Health Center, Dickinson. Mary Lillian Luptak was born on May 24, 1927, in Dunn County to James and Emma (Barta) Luptak. On June 26, 1946, Mary was united in marriage to Edward Sadowsky. They lived and farmed ten miles north of Dickinson until 1990, when they retired and moved into Dickinson. Mary sold Avon Products for many years. Mary was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time and playing cards with her family and friends. She also enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, crocheting, crafting, gardening and singing songs with her grandchildren. Mary is survived by her husband, Edward, Dickinson; three sons, Arnold (Alice), Columbia Heights, Minn. , Edward Jr. , Dickinson and Keith (Linda) Sadowsky, Maple Grove, Minn. ; five grandchildren, Debra, Sandra, Nicole, James and Edward Lee Sadowsky; one sister, Gladys Kostelecky, Dickinson. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
