Funeral Service for Mary Zillane Gundlach ? Warburton, 50, of Baker will be 4:00 p. m. Monday, August 21, 2006 at the American Lutheran Church in Baker, MT with Pastors Bruce & Reba Kolasch officiating. Special music will be provided by Debbie Jo Varner, Gloria Preuss, Robin Menger and Farron Henderson. Burial will be in the Beaver Lodge Cemetery at Ekalaka, MT with Pete Renner, Matt Renner, Shawn Gilmore, Eric Gilmore, Christopher Gilmore, Dustin Gundlach, Scott Gundlach, Chad Cordell, Lee Cordell and Gavin Cordell as pallbearers. Visitation will be Sunday, August 20, 2006 from 10:00 a. m. to 2:00 p. m. at the Stevenson Funeral Home in Baker and continuing at the church from 4:00 p. m. to 8:00 p. m. with a Prayer Service at 4:00 p. m. at the American Lutheran Church, and Monday from 8:00 a. m. to 11:00 a. m. at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of the Stevenson Funeral Home of Baker, MT. Mary took Jesus’ hand and went home on Friday, August 18, 2006, at Deaconess Medical Center in Billings following a valiant and courageous battle with cancer. She was surrounded by the love and presence of her family. Mary was born September 26, 1955 in Ekalaka, Montana the fourth child and daughter of Leland and Virginia (Schweigert) Gundlach. She grew up in Baker and graduated from Baker High School. Mary married Mark Wang in 1973. To this union two children were born, Corey and Tifhany. She married Steve Warburton in Miles City, MT on April 8, 2000. Mary was a member of the American Lutheran Church in Baker and was a member of Beta Sigma Phi. Mary devoted her life to family and raising her children. She had the ability to accomplish whatever she set her mind to. She was a skilled seamstress, carpenter, gardner, crafter and was there to help anyone in need. After raising her children, Mary took on the challenge of furthering her education graduating from Miles Community College in 2003 with a computer science degree. Mary?s greatest love was for her grandchildren, Paysha and Jakob. Survivors include her husband, Steve, Baker; a stepdaughter, Kayla, Baker; a son, Corey (Alissa) Wang and grandson, Jakob, Billings; a daughter, Tifhany (fianc? John Rex) and granddaughter, Paysha, Miles City. Her father, Leland Gundlach, Baker; one brother, Shane (Stephanie) Gundlach, Billings, MT; four sisters, Karen (Ed) Renner, Huston, TX, Jayne Gilmore (Bill Menkin), Joliet, MT, Robin (Richard) Menger, Baker, MT and Lorri (Steve) Madler, Colstrip, MT, and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and very special aunts and uncles. She is preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Gundlach, nephew Joel Renner; grandparents, John & Clara Schweigert and George & Francis Gundlach.
