Liturgy services for Mildred Dvorak, 84, Woodburn Ore. , formerly of Dickinson, will be 11 a. m. , Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at Stevenson Funeral Home, Dickinson. Burial will follow at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery, Dickinson. Visitation will be 9 a. m. to 9 p. m. , Monday, January 21, 2008 with a vigil service at 7 p. m. at Stevenson Funeral Home, Dickinson. Mildred passed away on December 30, 2007, in Woodburn. Ore. Mildred Dvorak was born on April 16, 1923 in Stark County, ND to Joseph and Anna (Splichal) Dvorak. She attended the Wildrose County School southwest of Dickinson to the 8th grade. Mildred then moved to town and worked at the Cosie Caf? and the NoDak Motel doing waitress work and housekeeping. After her parent?s death in 1968, Mildred moved out to Woodburn, Ore. and worked at Jay?s Caf? and helped numerous elderly people with housework. Mildred had been a resident at a retirement community in Woodburn as of late. Mildred is survived by: her brothers, Vince (Lillian) Dvorak, Apache, AZ, Stanley (Emma) Dvorak, Dickinson and Tom Dvorak, Dickinson; one sister, Emma Sanders, Dickinson; a sister in law, Eva Dvorak and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and two sisters.
