Funeral Services for Milton Walth, 75, of Hebron are 10:30 a. m. CST, Friday, February 22, 2013 at the First Baptist Church in Hebron with Pastor David Ling & Pastor Ross Reinhiller officiating. Burial will be in the First Baptist Cemetery in Hebron.


Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p. m., CST, Thursday with a Prayer Service being held at 7:00 p. m. CST at the First Baptist Church in Hebron, ND. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the Funeral on Friday.


Milton passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013 at St. Benedicts Health Center in Dickinson.


Milton Ruben Walth was born on January 10, 1938 the son of Fred and Esther (Hirning) Walth. He grew up and attended country school in Stark County. When he finished his schooling, Milton continued to work with his parents on the farm. Milton was married to Violet Siewert on October 9, 1958 at the Neuburg Congregational Church near Burt, ND. To this union one daughter was born, Debra Joyce. Together Milton and Violet took over the family farm and they worked and farmed until the time of his death. In 2011, the couple moved into Hebron where they have made their home since. Milton’s love was the farm and he devoted his entire life to it. He also enjoyed collecting miniature tractors especially Internationals but, he would buy any brand if he liked it. Milton was a past member of the Neuburg Congregational Church where he held numerous offices. He was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Hebron where he served as a deacon and Sunday school teacher and was a past member of the Gideon’s International.


Survivors include, his wife, Violet Walth, Hebron; a brother, James (Beverly) Walth, Mandan, ND; a sister, Viola (Edgar) Fuchs, Bismarck, ND; two sister’s-in-law, Ethel (Bob) Mart, Washburn, ND and Sharleen (Rodger) Fraase, Dickinson, ND; two brother’s-in-law, Larry Siewert, Dickinson and James Jenkins, Billings, MT. and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Debra Joyce Walth; and a sister-in-law, Sharyl Jenkins.
