Monte Schneider

Monte K. Schneider, age 51, of rural Hebron, died Monday, February 19, 2007 at Medcenter one in Bismarck. Visitation will be held on Friday at Spangelo Funeral Home in Hebron from 2 pm Central time until 7 pm with a prayer service at 6:30 pm Central time. Funeral services for Monte will be held privately on Saturday with the Rev. David Ling, officiating. Burial will be in the First Baptist Cemetery. Monte was born July 24, 1955 at Dickinson, ND the son of Bennie J. and Helen (Roth) Schneider. Monte attended school at Hebron and graduated in 1974. He was active in the FFA, 4-H, and Band. He attended college at NDSU and was active in choir and youth group. He drove bus for Greyhound for 25 years and after he retired, moved home to farm with his parents. Monte enjoyed driving the bus the Brick City Senior Citizens. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hebron. He leaves his parents, Bennie and Helen; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Gayle and Ray Kuss, Carrington, ND; Tamera and Greg Franchuk, Lawrence, KS. He also leaves several nieces and nephews: Jenny Franchuk, Lawrence, KS; Jesse Franchuk, Witchita, KS; Don Kuss, Roseau, MN; Brent and Codi Kuss, Woodworth, ND; Jeff Kuss and his fianc?e Julie Schirado, Mandan, ND; Candice and Duane Sauvageau, Carrington, ND; and two great nieces: Chayla Kuss, and Kylie Franchuck. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, and several aunt and uncles.
