Funeral services for Neila “Nancy” Curry, 67, of Ismay, MT will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 10, 2017 at Stevenson Funeral Home, Baker, with Pastor Joe Noel officiating. Burial will take place at Lame Jones Cemetery.

Family Receiving Friends will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Stevenson Funeral Home, Baker.

Nancy passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Billings Clinic in Billings, MT, after a battle with cancer.

Neila Dee Curry was born January 26, 1950 the daughter of Vernon and Pearl (Sparks) Greenlee. She attended rural Red Hill School until its closure. Nancy attended seventh and eighth grade in Baker and graduated from Baker High School in 1967. After graduation she attended MSU Bozeman and later went on to cosmetology school in Bozeman. Nancy married Lee Curry on November 25, 1969. To this union their daughter Janelle was born. Nancy and Lee lived at Harrison, MT for one year and then moved south of Miles City to the Failing Ranch for seven years. After Nancy’s dad passed away, they made their home at the Greenlee Ranch south of Plevna and lived there for three years before moving to the (Palm Ranch) now the Crescent Cross Ranch where she resided ever since.

Nancy belonged to the Willard Homemakers, Patchwork Quilt Guild, American Sewing Guild and the Ladies Aid at the Baker Community Church. She was a 4-H Alumni and leader for over 30 years and was named Beta Sigma Phi’s Lady of the Year in 2001.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Lee Curry of Ismay, MT; daughter, Janelle (Troy) Jensen of Sidney, MT; grandson, Everett Jensen of Sidney, MT; two sisters, Faye (Jerry) Gaskin of Moorcroft, WY and Lucy (Red) Lovec of Sidney, MT; sister-in-law, Erna Greenlee of Baker, MT; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Pearl; brother, Larry Greenlee; and sister Bee (Bernettie) Burns.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be sent to the Fallon County 4-H Council.
