Nicola Joy Brown, 57, Las Vegas, NV, formerly of New England, died Monday, October 17, 2005 in Las Vegas. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a. m. , Saturday, November 5, 2005 at St. Mary?s Catholic Church, New England. Interment will be in St. Mary?s Cemetery, New England. Visitation will be 3 p. m. to 9 p. m. Friday, November 4, 2005, at Price-Murphy Funeral Home with a rosary being said at 7 p. m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church. Nicola Joy Brown was born January 17, 1948, in Dickinson to Dr. N. J. and Alicia (Norman) Brown. She attended and graduated from New England St. Mary?s High School and then enrolled in the University of Arizona and studied Education. Recently she was working toward her Masters in Education. She is survived by: one son, Tyson, Las Vegas, Nevada; two sister, Ruth Brown Steiner, Auburn, Washington and Dakota Brown Roth, West Hills, California and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: her parents and one brother.
