Funeral Mass for Olive Agostini, 76, of Dickinson is 1:00 p. m. Friday, April 21, 2006 at St. Patrick?s Catholic Church in Dickinson with Father Austin Vetter Celebrating. Burial will follow in St. Patrick?s Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:00 p. m. to 9:00 p. m. Wednesday, April 19, 2006. Visitation will continue on Thursday from 8:00 a. m. to 9:00 p. m. with a Rosary and Prayer Service at 7:00 p. m. at Stevenson-Mischel-Olson Chapel in Dickinson led by Deacon Ron Keller. Olive passed away Monday, April 17, 2006 at St. Joseph?s Hospital in Dickinson after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Olive Eugenia Agostini was born to Emanuele and Agatha (Lupo) Agostini in Dickinson on July 13, 1929. She grew up, attended St. Patrick?s grade school, and graduating from Dickinson High School. She worked at F. W. Woolworth and a branch office of the Bismarck Grocery. She later worked as a bank Teller at the Liberty Bank for over 35 years. Olive loved gardening, especially flowers. She also enjoyed Word Puzzles and Game Shows on TV. She held most dear the Rosary and devotion to the Virgin Mary. Olive loved the Christmas season and was always reluctant to take down the tree. She was a member of St. Patrick?s Catholic Church for 76 years and a member of their Adult Choir for over 50 years. She was also a member of Ministry of Praise and St Patrick?s Prayer Chain. She is survived by one sister, Mary Agostini, of Dickinson; several cousins; and many special friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and one infant brother.
