A Funeral Mass for Paul Reichert, 54, of Dallas, Texas will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 7, 2012 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Dickinson, ND with Reverend Charlie Heidt celebrating. Burial will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Lunch will be served at the Ramada Grand Dakota Lodge.


Paul passed away at his home on November 22, 2012 of natural causes. Paul was born at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Dickinson, North Dakota on April 7, 1958. He was the fourth son of Dr. Donald J. and Monica M. Reichert. He graduated from Trinity High School in May, 1976. He attended the University of North Dakota from September, 1976 until May, 1980 when he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business. Paul attended graduate school in Greeley, Colorado where he received his masters in Business Administration in June, 1982. Following graduation from the University of Northern Colorado, he moved to Dallas, Texas where he resided for 30 years. During that time he was primarily employed by H & R Block. He was also a self-described “investor” and enjoyed monitoring world financial markets.


Paul is survived by his three brothers, James (Antonio) of Minneapolis, Minnesota, John (Julie and son AJ) of Dallas, Texas and Mark (Alvina), niece Meghan, nephews Geoffrey and Thomas of Bismarck, North Dakota.


Paul is preceded in death by his father and mother, Dr. Donald J. and Monica M. Reichert.


In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Donald J. Reichert Scholarship in care of the University of North Dakota Medical School.
