Funeral Mass for 77 year old Pauline Kurtz of Dickinson will be 1:00 p. m. Monday, October 25, 2004 at St. Joseph?s Catholic Church in Dickinson with Father Claude Seeberger, OSB celebrating. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth?s Cemetery in Lefor. Visitation will be Sunday, October 24, 2004 from 9:00 a. m. to 3:00 p. m. at Stevenson-Mischel-Olson Chapel, continuing with a Rosary at 4:00 p. m. at St. Benedict?s Health Center. Visitation will continue on Sunday from 6:00 p. m. to 9:00 p. m. at Stevenson-Mischel-Olson Chapel and on Monday from 9:00 a. m. to 12:00 p. m. at Stevenson-Mischel-Olson Chapel. Pauline Kurtz was born April 4, 1927, the daughter of Nick and Anna Schneider Kurtz. She grew up in the Lefor area where she lived with her parents for many years. She later made her home with Vi Allbright for 10 years. In 1999 she moved into St. Benedict?s Health Center where she had made her home since. Pauline loved her stuffed animals, especially her Teddy Bears. She also enjoyed photo magazines and postcards. Pauline was a special girl with special needs yet always brought joy and love to her family. Pauline passed away Thursday, October 21, 2004 at St. Joseph?s Hospital in Dickinson. She is survived by one brother: Ray Kurtz of Dickinson; one niece Pat (Lyle) Lien of Hettinger, ND; and one nephew Mike (Tammy) Kurtz of Sidney, MT. Pauline is preceded in death by her parents.
