Randy Brackel

Funeral Service for Randy A. Brackel, 51, of Dickinson will be 3:00 p. m. Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at the Stevenson Funeral Home in Dickinson, ND. Burial will be in the Dickinson Cemetery. Randy passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2008, at MedCenter One in Bismarck, ND. Randy Allen was born on September 7, 1956, the son of Robert and Frances (Lovell) Brackel in Dickinson, ND. He grew up and attended school in Dickinson graduating from DHS in 1975. Randy attended North Dakota School of Science in Wahpeton, ND, where he studied parts management. He returned to Dickinson where he began his career in the oilfield. Randy enjoyed football especially the Raiders which he supported through thick and thin. He also enjoyed music, playing chess and socializing with his many friends. Randy was loved by many and will be truly missed. Survivors include, his wife, Sharon Lee Fimbres, Dickinson; two sons, Adam (Karol) Schaff and Robert Brackel all of Casper, WY; his mother, Frances Brackel, Dickinson; a sister, Gail (Robert) Bloom, Dickinson; a step-son, Daniel Jarvis Rough, Bismarck and a grandson, Trayton Schaff. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert.
