Randy Nistler

A funeral Mass for Randy Nistler, 36, of Beach, will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 19 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Golva with Father Daniel Berg celebrating. Burial will take place in the church cemetery.


Visitation for Randy will be one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church. The rosary and vigil service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Friday, November 18 at the church.


Randy passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Sanford Health in Bismarck.


Randy was born July 19, 1980 in Dickinson, ND to Don and Marie (Susa) Nistler. He attended grade school in Golva and graduated from high school in Beach in 1998. After graduation, he then attended Bismarck State College. He worked at Hedahl’s in Bismarck and West Plains Implement in Beach. Prior to death he found his niche in life at Rohan’s Hardware in Beach. Randy’s favorite times were when he was surrounded by his family, or his great group of friends, or just hanging out with his beloved dog, Biggie. He was an excellent salesman and absolutely loved his customers and his customers loved him. He treasured all the people that he worked with at West Plains and Rohan’s. Randy enjoyed helping individuals at Rohan’s and was enjoyed by all.


Randy is survived by his parents, Don and Marie of Golva, ND; his siblings, Tom (Eileen) Nistler of Upton, WY, Paul (Barb) Nistler of Grand Forks, ND, Mary Ann (Paul) Freeman of Devils Lake, ND, Patsy (Donald) Maus of Golva, ND, Patrick (Brenda) Nistler of Fargo, ND, Perry (Tammy) Nistler of Golva, ND, Peggy (Randy) Mosset of Bismarck, ND. He is also survived by many adoring nieces and nephew, as well as great-nieces and nephews.


He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
