Renee McLaughlin

Renee Lynn McLaughlin 46, of Baker Passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at her home in Baker. Family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 from 5:00 p. m. to 7:00 p. m. at the Stevenson Funeral Home in Baker. Renee was born on September 23, 1967 in Ekalaka, Montana the daughter of Emmett Thomas and Marilyn (Hayden) McLaughlin. She grew up and attended schools in Baker graduating from the Baker High School in 1985. Following school Renee worked for several different establishments as a bartender. She also worked at Quality Personal Care and for the Montana Highway Department. Renee enjoyed bowling, playing softball, playing pool and socializing with her friends and family. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the American Lutheran Church. Renee had a love hate relationship with her cat, Romeo and was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan. Survivors include, her mother, Marilyn, Baker, MT; two sisters, Carrie (Mark) Anderson, Florence, MT and Sharee Newell, Baker, MT; three brothers, Kevin (Debbie) Newell, Dale (Kathy) Newell and Wes McLaughlin all of Baker; numerous nephews, nieces and grand nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, her father, and a brother, Carl
