Rhonda Burch

Funeral Services for Rhonda Burch, 63, of Ekalaka, MT will be Friday, June 20, 2014 at 1 PM at Stevenson Funeral Home in Ekalaka with Pastor Bruce Kolasch officiating. Burial will follow at Beaverlodge Cemetery. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service. Rhonda Faye Burch, wife of Harold R. Burch passed away June 11, 2014 at her home after a long battle with diabetes. She was born June 14, 1950 in Port Arthur, TX the daughter of L. I. and Vada Freeman. Shortly after graduating from High School, she married Lawrence Travland and from this union three children were born: Lauren, Lawrence II “Larry”, and Edye K. Through the years, Rhonda loved to read, write and travel. She had a special place in her heart for cats—especially her favorite, Ginger. Rhonda & Harold met in Houston, TX and married in April of 2009. After meeting Harold, she learned how to “scuba dive” and went on several diving trips to Cozemel, Mexico as well as Aruba. They also went on several cruises out of Galveston, TX. The couple moved back to Ekalaka in 2011. Rhonda is survived by her husband, Harold; her three beloved children: Lauren Keggerreis of Spring, TX, Larry (Nikki) of New Orleans, LA, and Edye K. of Texas; three precious grandchildren: Travis & Nicole Keggerreis and Ian Travland; and a brother, Ronald Freeman and his family of Neederland, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents.
