Along with ranching, Roger enjoyed working as a cook for various clubs and restaurants. Roger loved spending time with his family, and was proud of his nieces and nephew?s accomplishments. He served as a 4-H leader and council member as well as an active member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. He was also a great local historian and could always tell an old story. Roger loved gardening and especially enjoyed visiting and spending time with the hunters that came to his ranch for many years. Now, Roger can finally say that he now has the mortgage paid.
