Rose Mosbrucker, 91, Dickinson, died Saturday, February 25, 2006, at St. Benedict?s Health Center, Dickinson. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a. m. Tuesday, February 28, 2006, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church with Fr. Jim Braaten celebrating. There will be rosary and a vigil at 7 p. m. Monday, February 27, 2006, at Price-Murphy Funeral Home, Dickinson, led by Deacon Bob Stockert. Further arrangements are pending with Price-Murphy Funeral Home. Rose Greff was born August 31, 1914, in Mott, North Dakota to Kasper and Katherine (Senn) Greff. She attended school to the 8th grade. She married Jake Mosbrucker on November 5, 1935, at St. Placidus Catholic Church. They farmed north of Mott until 1966, when they moved to Dickinson. She was employed at St. Joseph?s Hospital for several years. Rose enjoyed quilting, embroidering, gardening, bingo and playing cards and was a great cook and baker. She was well known for her potato salad. Rose was very strong in her faith and set a wonderful example to all of her family. She will be dearly remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. Rose enjoyed all the time spent with her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and will be dearly missed. Jake and Rose were blessed with three sets of twins. She was a member of St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church and a former member of St. Ann?s Altar Society. Rose is survived by: three sons, Leroy, Dickinson, Henry (Verna), Topeka, Kan. and Gerald (Dorothy) Mosbrucker, Byers, Colo. ; four daughters, Caroline (Victor) Scholz, Richardton, Geraldine (Ed) Strack, Columbia, SC, Henrietta Stang, New England, and Joan (Bill) Murphy, Dickinson; 31 grandchildren and 59 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren. ; two sisters, Maggie Kuntz, Dickinson and Cecelia (Nick) Olheiser, Dickinson; 3 sisters-in-law, Mae Greff, Dickinson, Aggie Senn, Mott and Maggie Greff, Bismarck and brother-in-law, Jack Weiler, Dickinson. She was preceded in death by: her parents, Kasper and Katherine Greff; husband, Jake; three sons, Donald, James and Kenneth Mosbrucker; one daughter, Rosemary; daughter-in-law, Wanita Mosbrucker; one grandson, Edward; two brothers and two sisters.
