Funeral Mass for Rose Privratsky, 96, of Dickinson will be 10:00 a. m. , Monday, May 24, 2010, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church with Father James Braaten celebrating. Burial will follow in the St. Wenceslaus Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:00 a. m. to 9:00 p. m. , Sunday, May 23, 2010, at Stevenson Funeral Home in Dickinson with a Rosary & Vigil Service held at 7:00 p. m. Rose passed away Thursday, May 20, 2010, at St. Benedict?s Health Center in Dickinson. Rose Kudrna was born November 6, 1913, in Dickinson to Frank and Philomena (Pavlicek) Kudrna. She grew up and attended South Heart Schools. Rose and Pete Privratsky were united in marriage on November 5, 1934, in New Hradec, ND. She enjoyed gardening, embroidery, cooking and baking. Rose also loved spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church. Rose is survived by her sons, Richard (Benni) Privratsky, Dickinson, ND, Ronald (Kay) Privratsky, Castle Rock, CO, and Tim (DelRae) Privratsky, Dickinson, ND; daughters, Lorraine (Jerome) Dukart, Chanhassen, MN, and Evelyn (Albert) Kovash, Dickinson, ND; 17 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; brother, Ed Kudrna, Dickinson, ND; sister, Minnie Pirkl, Dickinson, ND; half brothers, Donald (Millie) Kudrna, South Heart, ND, Wayne (Rosalie) Kudrna, Dickinson, ND, Bob (Jeanette) Kudrna, Hettinger, ND, and Raymond (Shirley) Kudrna, Overland Park, KS; half sisters, Margaret (Frank) Fendrich, Billings, MT, Dorothy Ficek, Dickinson, ND, Eleanor Badinger, Spokane, WA, Darlene (Bob) Betchner, Mandan, ND, and Delores (Darold) Raab, Dickinson, ND. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Pete Privratsky; brothers, Vince, Adolph and Frank; infant brothers, Robert and William; sisters, Mary Kostelecky and Mildred Kudrna; half brothers, Gilbert Kudrna and Laudie Kudrna; brother-in-law Andy Ficek; and great-grandson Matthew Kovash.
