Memorial Service for Rosemarie will be 1:00 p.m. May 9, 2024 at Stevenson Funeral Home in Baker.
Rosemarie Dahlman, 93, of Baker passed away April 1, 2024 due to complication from hip surgery.
Rosemarie was born to Raymond and Emily Ulven on September 14, 1930 in Dale, Minnesota. Rosemarie attended school in Moorhead, Minnesota and NDSU in Fargo, ND. Having spent her summers at her mother’s family home at Ollie, Montana, Rosemarie settled in Ollie after college. She taught at the Carlyle School for one year. In 1950 Rosemarie married Terry Cameron. Terry was Sheriff of Fallon County for twenty years. The Cameron’s and their four children were the last family to reside in the County Jail with prisoners. There were many precious and funny memories of the children growing up in the jail, which is now the O’Fallon Museum. Terry passed away serving as Sheriff in 1975.
In 1977, Rosemarie married Bob Dahlman. They enjoyed nearly 40 years together, spending time in both Baker and Oregon with Rosemarie’s family.
Rosemarie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Terry Cameron, her husband Bob Dahlman; sisters, Jeannine Ulven, Beverly Bettis and Betty Roemer; brother, James Ulven; daughter, Linda Wade; grandson, Tyler Plummer.
Rosemarie is survived by her sisters, Cheri Moberly, Cindy Picciano; brothers, Andrew Ulven, Terry Ulven, Melvin Ulven; son, Glen (Marilyn) Cameron, Gary (Denise) Cameron; daughter, Susan (Boyd) Plummer; son-in-law, Gary Wade; 9 grandchildren, Evan Cameron, Cole Cameron, Jen Obrigewitch, Carly Cameron, Baylie Cameron, Ryan Wade, Chad Wade, Jason Wade, Marni Gaskill; 14 great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers the family suggests a memorial to O'Fallon Museum which is Rosie’s former home.
Interment has taken place.
