Stella Tibor

Mass of Christian Burial for Stella Tibor will be held at 10:00 Central time on Monday, June 12, 2006 at St. Ann?s Catholic Church in Hebron with Father Sebastian Schmidt OSB as Celebrant. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 11, 2006 at Silvernale-Silha Funeral Home in Beach from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm Mountain Time with Rosary at 6:30 PM. Visitation will continue on Thursday from 9:00 am until the service time at St. Ann?s Catholic Church in Hebron. Burial will be in the Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery rural Hebron, ND. Stella was born at Almont, ND, on November 10, 1914 the daughter of Theodore and Anna (Golla) Stiler. She was raised and attended school at Almont. Stella received her teaching certificate and taught country school for 23 years. On April 24, 1940, she married Andrew ?Andy? Tibor at Richardton. Following marriage they lived at Beulah for a short time. They rented a farm near Lark, ND which they operated until they bought a ranch North of Beach in 1948 where they worked for the next 50 years. They ranched until Andy was 83 years old and retired and moved to Hebron in 1998. Andrew ?Andy? Tibor, went to his eternal home Sept. 25, 2004 at a Bismarck Medical Center. After Andy had died Stella moved to Guthrie, OK to be near her son Tom so he could look after her. She died at the Cole?s Nursing Home in Guthrie, OK on June 6, 2006. She is survived by her son Tom and wife Shirley Tibor, of Guthrie, OK; two grandsons: Faron (Amanda), Denver, CO; and Shawn at home in Guthrie, OK; two great grandchildren: Lillian Grace and Logan Reed. He was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Myron Stiler and two sisters Goldie Renner and Florence Olsen.
