Susan Burdick

Graveside Services for Susan Marie Burdick, 59 of Baker will be 2:00 p. m. Saturday, July 2, 2005 at Bonnievale Cemetery, Baker, Montana. Visitation will be Friday, July 1, 2005 from 1:00 p. m. to 9:00 p. m. , continuing on Saturday from 8:00 a. m. to 1:00 p. m. at Stevenson Funeral Home in Baker. Susan passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2005 at the Fallon Medical Complex in Baker. Susan was born December 6, 1945 at Miles City, Montana the daughter of Richard and Signe (Jensen) Kohler. She grew up at Baker, graduating from Baker High School in the Class of 1964. After graduation, Susan moved to California where she lived and met the man of her life, Russell Burdick. On April 13, 1969, Susan and Russell were married in Long Beach, California. Russell?s work took them from California to the states of New Mexico and Colorado before returning to Susan?s hometown of Baker in the early 70?s. They continued to make Baker their home where they lived and raised their family. Susan enjoyed crocheting, playing cards, family events; but most of all Susan especially loved and enjoyed her grandchildren. Survivors include her loving husband, Russell of Baker; two sons: Troy (Misty) Burdick of Three Forks, Montana and Erik (Darice) Burdick of Sembach, Germany; a daughter, Cynamon Burdick of Havre, Montana; three sisters: Noreen (Bill) Stewart of Oakview, California, Kay Kohler and Judy (Floyd) Richmond both of Baker, Montana; and Six Grandchildren: Danielle, Hanna, Alleigh, Zachary, Cassidy and Patience. She was preceded in death by her parents; and three brothers: Richard, Danny and Tommy.
