Terry Wetzel

Terry Wetzel, age 59, of Glen Ullin, died Saturday, September 8 at a Bismarck Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Central Time on Thursday, September 13 at the Evangelical Congregational Church in Glen Ullin. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Sept 12, from 4-8 PM at Spangelo Funeral Home in Glen Ullin with a prayer service at 7:00 PM. Burial will be in the Friendship Community Cemetery in rural Glen Ullin with military rites by the Glen Ullin American Legion. Terry was born August 5, 1948 in Mandan, the son of Paul and Norma (Becher) Wetzel. He was raised at Glen Ullin and educated at Glen Ullin School. He served in the US Army during the Viet Nam War, where he received several commendations. Terry worked as a substance abuse counselor, and later for Finger Hut. Terry is survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins in the Glen Ullin and Seattle areas. He was preceded in death by his parents, several uncles and aunts.
