Funeral services for Theresa Lantz, 82, of Dickinson will be 1:00 p. m. , Monday, May 3, 2010, at St. Patrick?s Catholic Church in Dickinson with Father Todd Kreitinger celebrating. Burial will follow the service at St. Joseph?s Cemetery in Dickinson. Visitation will be 9:00 a. m. to 9:00 p. m. , Sunday, May 2, 2010, at Stevenson Funeral Home in Dickinson with a Rosary and Vigil Service at 4:00 p. m. Theresa passed away Thursday, April 29, 2010, at St. Benedict?s Health Center in Dickinson. Theresa was born on May 7, 1927, to Clement and Theresa (Huschka) Binstock on the family farm in South Heart. She attended country school near South Heart. Theresa married Bennie Lantz on July 7, 1947, at St. Mary?s Church in South Heart. Together, they made their home 12 miles south of South Heart where they raised their eight children. In 1979, they moved to Dickinson, ND. Theresa was employed at St. Luke?s Nursing Home for 20 years. She was a member of the South Heart Christian Mothers, St. Anthony?s Club and St. Patrick?s Catholic Church. Theresa was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved every one of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They meant a lot to her and she loved to have them come to her house. They all loved her caramel rolls and looked forward to enjoying them at her house. Theresa loved to cook, sew, play cards and play bingo. Theresa is survived by four sons, Richard (Marge) Lantz, Janesville, WI, Robert (LeeAnn) Lantz, Cody, WY, Marvin (Marie) Lantz, South Heart, ND, and Ervin (Brenda) Lantz, Mandan, ND; three daughters, Rosie (Don) Leach, Janesville, WI, Rita (Roger) Wickum, Williston, ND, and Peggy (Steve) Roller, New England, ND; one brother, Vince (MaryAnn) Binstock, Belfield, ND; one sister, Eva (Louie) Kuylen, Sidney, MT; two sisters-in-law, Eva Binstock and Anna Binstock; 29 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bennie; her son, LeRoy; her parents; four brothers, Louie, Clement, Fritz and Ralph Binstock; and five sisters, Ann Decker, Lena Helfrich, Rose Binstock, Regena Froehlich and Anastasia (Fran) Kordonowy.
