A Funeral Mass for Victoria Gonsioroski, 70, of Baker, MT will be 11:00 a. m. , Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at St. John’s Catholic Church in Baker with Father Thomas Tobin celebrating. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery. Military Rites will be by the American Legion Post. #35. Visitation for Vicky will be 4:00 p. m. to 8:00 p. m. , Monday, January 27th at Stevenson Funeral Home in Baker with a Rosary and Vigil service being held at 7:00 p. m. Visitation will continue from 8:00 a. m. to 10:00 a. m. Vicky passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Fallon Medical Complex, Inc. in Baker, MT. Victoria was born April 18, 1943 in Baker, the daughter of Frank J. and Ellen (Ferrel) Gonsioroski. She grew up and attended three years at Wills Creek country school, later completing her education and graduating in 1961 from Baker High School. Vicky enlisted and served four years in the U. S. Army. She returned to Baker and began working as the secretary for the Superintendent of Schools, where she worked for 43 years. Vicky also worked for the Fallon County Fair Board for 30+ years. She was very active on the family ranch and enjoyed going out to help whenever possible. She was interested in family genealogy, enjoyed taking photos, knitting, leather work and she was a collector of many things. Vicky loved old cars, especially her Model A and her 1964 Mercury which was the Indianapolis pace car that year. She enjoyed being around her family and loved her nephews and nieces. Vicky was a faithful member of St. John’s Catholic Church and a member of the American Legion Post #60. Vicky is survived by her brothers, Frank (Maravel) of Moxee City, WA, Jerry (Jean), Steve, and Marty Gonsioroski, all of Baker; 15 nieces and nephews; numerous great and great-great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank J. and Ellen Gonsioroski; infant brother, Albert; and sister, Terry Wiseman.
