Wilda Beyers

Wilda Beyers, 96, of Dickinson, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2014 at the Country House in Dickinson, ND. Wilda’s family will gather at a later date to have a celebration of her life. Wildawas born December 30, 1917 in Beulah, ND, the daughter of Edward and Katarina (Stauss)Mindt. She grew up and attended school in Beulah. Wilda married Edgar Beyers on April 29, 1938. They had three children, Russel, Sandra and Kathleen. Together they raised their family in Dickinson. They moved to Grand Forksand later retired in Bismarck. In 2007, they moved back toDickinson. Wilda was a homemaker and always enjoyed time with her family, especially hergrandchildren and great-grandchildren. Due to failing health, Country House was Wilda’s final home. Wilda is survived by her husband, Edgar; son, Russel (Susan) Beyers of Tuscon, AZ; daughters, Sandee (Gordon) Schnell of Dickinson and Kathi (Bill) Leap of Shawnee, KS; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; and sisters, Freida King and Edna Meyer.
